WEEKEND PROGRAMME detailed:
Friday evening until Sunday 5.30pm
Quiet time, inquiry, walks, K dvds, informal dialogues, swimming, open fire when it's colder.
YOU ARE FREE TO CREATE YOUR OWN RETREAT within the gathering programme.
There will be quiet in the house (outside meal times, dvds and dialogues) to allow study, rest etc. 9am - 9.30 --- Work in the house
10.30 - 11.30 --- K dvd
12.30 - 2pm --- Lunch
4pm - 6pm --- Talking over
7.30pm --- Dinner
10pm --- Quiet in the house

THE GATHERINGS ARE OPEN TO ENGLISH AND FRENCH SPEAKERS There will be sub-titles in fr for dvds and translations during the dialogues. (Translation can have the added advantage of slowing down the ordinary speed of talking and thinking).

All meals will be vegetarian.
Food will be provided for the whole weekend but feel free to participate by bringing dishes and fresh fruit/vegetables. We shall also all be joining in the preparing and clearing away of meals.
Accomodation: Shared or individual rooms are available. (Please bring sheets and duvet covers if possible; ask for details)
